K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)
Nationals of countries/regions eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval to board the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. K-ETA approval should be applied at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound to Korea. You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).

Invitation Letter
The invitation letter can be downloaded from the Registration Information on My Page after completing the registration with full payment of the registration fee.
If you need a notarized invitation letter for Visa application, you must apply and pay for the notarized invitation letter fee in the registration process and contact the secretariat via e-mail (secretariat@ltupdates.org). It will take 2-3 weeks to receive the original copy of the notarized invitation letter.
